My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the ocean view from my room was stunning, the room itself suffered from a few issues, including a malfunctioning AC and mold in the ceiling. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, which made a difference. However, the location felt quite isolated, requiring constant trips to nearby attractions. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

During my stay, I enjoyed a beautiful view of the ocean and the Cancun beaches, but the experience wasn't without its issues. The rooms were a mix of nice scenery with some serious concerns regarding cleanliness and comfort. The service was outstanding, with staff being genuinely helpful throughout my visit. However, the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, it’s a mixed bag – great views and helpful staff, but the issues in the rooms and dining experience can’t be overlooked.
